Results of Justification

1 ^aTherefore, having been justified by faith, ^{▼▼Two early mss let’s have} ^cwe have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, 2 through whom we also have ^dobtained our introduction by faith into this grace ^ein which we stand; and ^{▼▼Lit we boast; or let’s}we celebrate in hope of the glory of God. 3 ^gAnd not only this, but ^{▼▼Lit we also boast; or let’s also boast}we also ⁱcelebrate in our tribulations, knowing that tribulation brings about ^jperseverance; 4 and ^kperseverance, ^lproven character; and proven character, hope; 5 and hope ^mdoes not disappoint, because the love of God has been ⁿpoured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.
