1"Miehet, veljet ja isät, kuulkaa, mitä minä nyt teille puolustuksekseni puhun". 2Kun he kuulivat hänen puhuvan heille hebreankielellä, syntyi vielä suurempi hiljaisuus. Herra sanoi minulle: 'Nouse ja mene Damaskoon, niin siellä sinulle sanotaan kaikki, mikä sinulle on tehtäväksi asetettu'. 11Ja kun minä sen valon kirkkaudesta tulin näkemättömäksi, taluttivat seuralaiseni minua kädestä, ja niin minä tulin Damaskoon. 12Ja eräs mies, hurskas lain mukaan, nimeltä Ananias, josta kaikki siellä asuvat juutalaiset todistivat hyvää, 13tuli minun tyköni, astui eteeni ja sanoi minulle: 'Saul, veljeni, saa näkösi jälleen'. How do I do a word study?

When you click on a word, the detailed lexicon opens with:
'Vocabulary' Bibles link the translation to Greek & Hebrew. So far, only some Bibles have this vocabulary feature. They are shown in the Bible select screen with the letter 'V'.
It is the number of occurrences of a word in the Bible. Click on it to see them all in the selected Bible(s).
This reveals different forms for some words and names. These details are often interesting to scholars, eg the word 'beginning' in Genesis.
