vezmeme v pustině tolik chlebů, abychom nasytili takový zástup?“ 34Ježíš jim řekl: „Kolik máte chlebů?“ Oni řekli: „Sedm a několik rybiček.“ 35Nařídil zástupu posadit se na zem; 36vzal těch sedm chlebů a ty ryby, vzdal díky, rozlámal a dával učedníkům a učedníci zástupům. 37Všichni pojedli a nasytili se; a sebrali sedm plných košů zbylých úlomků. 38Těch, kteří jedli, bylo čtyři tisíce mužů kromě žen a dětí. 39Potom zástupy propustil, vstoupil na loď ▼▼Mk 3,9

How do I do a word study?

When you click on a word, the detailed lexicon opens with:
'Vocabulary' Bibles link the translation to Greek & Hebrew. So far, only some Bibles have this vocabulary feature. They are shown in the Bible select screen with the letter 'V'.
It is the number of occurrences of a word in the Bible. Click on it to see them all in the selected Bible(s).
This reveals different forms for some words and names. These details are often interesting to scholars, eg the word 'beginning' in Genesis.
